May help with: Calming, infections, stress, insect bites, stings, chicken pox, arthitus, rheumatism, anxiety, catarrh, coughs and bronchitis.
Blends with: Benzoin, Bergamot, Cinnamon, Cypress, Frankinscence, Jasmine, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Neroli, Rose and Rosemary.
Aromatherapy: Add 2-4 drops of essential oils to an aroma stone, aroma stream or a burner.
Bathing: blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and add to bath.
Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 3 tablespoons of carrier oil.
