Shipping and Handling
Delivery is FREE to addresses in the United Kingdom on orders of £30 in value or over. Orders under £30 are charged at £5.50. All UK orders shall be sent to you via DPD Next WORKING Day. We aim to ship orders within two working days, however where possible we do ship on the same working day the order is placed. Please note we are closed on Saturday and Sunday so your order will be despatched on the next working day. For ALL Bulk orders (1000s) please allow for 2-4 working days to despatch as they are packed to order.
Overseas Orders (destinations outside the UK) :

Europe postage prices start from £20

Overseas Delivery charges vary according to the destination and weight of your parcel. If the cost of sending your parcel exceeds the standard charge we have implemented for your region, we may email you with a revised cost which we request you pay before we despatch your order. There may be import duties to pay on some overseas orders and these must be paid by the customer and not Power Health. These orders will be sent via TNT. Deliveries to the following countries require the buyers Tax ID Number or CPF Number :-
Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Columbia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay.
We are no longer shipping to Brazil.
Due to Customs checks, deliveries to South America may take up to 8 weeks. If your delivery does not arrive after this time then please get in touch.
Please ensure to enter your mobile number into your contact details for any international orders as this essential for tracking. Some countries will only accept a mobile number and not a landline.
Important information regarding Spain orders
Due to local government requirements, further information is needed for shipments destined to Spain which are valued at over €150. When we submit your > €150 shipment for Customs clearance into Spain we also need to provide the receiver’s DNI. The DNI (Documento Nacional de Identidad) is the Spanish national identity card, which has a 9-digit long identification number. The Spanish authorities require this number in order for them to monitor the volume of high value shipments per citizen. Please ensure to provide this information with your order.
Please ensure to enter your mobile number into your contact details as this essential for tracking. They will not accept land lines and the order will not get through customs without a mobile number provided.
Click and Collect
Our click and collect services enables you to pick up your order from Head Office in Pocklington, York. Please allow for 1-2 working days for us to process your order or alternatively you can call or email head office to check if your order is ready.

We endeavour to despatch orders within 2-4 working days. We are currenlty receiving a huge demand for certain products so lead times may be longer than usual, please bare with us. If for some reason this is not possible we will notify you via email.
If, for some reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Should you still wish to order the item, we will hold your order on file and despatch it as soon as it becomes available. The item will be charged at the time you place the order, but there will only be one delivery charge.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates.
You may cancel your contract with Power Health for the goods you order anytime up to 14 days following despatch of the goods from our stores. To cancel your contract you must you must give written notice to Power Health by hand or post, fax or email.
If you have received your goods prior to cancelling your contract, then you must send these back unopened, and in the condition in which you received them, to us at your own cost. Once you have returned the goods, Power Health will refund or re-credit you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
