Cod Liver Oil contains Omega 3 essential fatty acids, including EPA and DHA. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, normal vision and normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
