ZMA is a synergistic combination of Zinc and Magnesium. Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis, as well as normal macronutrient metabolism. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of electrolyte balance, energy production and normal neuro-muscular function.

Men take 3 capsules (women take 2 capsules) daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Not suitable for vegetarians. Free from artificial colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten and lactose. No added salt or sugar.
