As a food supplement: One level teaspoon in a glass of fruit juice per day. As an additive in bread making: Use 0.5g (1/10th level teaspoon) per 450g white flour and 1g (1/5th level teaspoon) per 450g wholemeal flour. Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12.
