As a protein drink: mix 4 tablespoons (40g) of powder with 300ml milk, juice or water. Best served chilled. As a baking additive: follow the directions on the recipe or simply substitute 4 to 8 tablespoons of flour with Whey Protein (approximately 60g per 750g of flour).
