Nigella sativa is planted in the winter, flowers in the spring and is harvested in the summer for its jet-black seeds. These seeds are revered across the world and are known by numerous names, including black cumin. Black seed oil is derived from the black seeds of the Nigella sativa plant, which are ground down and pressed to release their oil. This oil is then bottled or formed into capsules for use.
2ml provides 1845mg of Black Seed Oil, providing 45mg of Thymoquinone.
