Returns Policy

You may cancel your contract with Power Health for the goods you order anytime up to 14 days following despatch of the goods from our warehouse. To cancel your contract you must give written notice to Power Health by post or email.

If you have received your goods prior to cancelling your contract, then you must send these back unopened, and in the condition in which you received them, to us at your own cost. Once you have returned the goods, Power Health will refund  you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods back at our warehouse.
