Power Health Omega 3 Liquid has been formulated especially for children. It is a concentrated source of the essential Omega 3 fatty acids EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid).1*DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function. 2*DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. Each 5ml serving provides a minimum of 30% Omega 3 Fatty Acids, of which: 825mg EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) & 550mg DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid).
Directions

Children under 6 years: ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) a day. Children over 6 years & adults: one 5ml teaspoon a day. Take on its own or add to food or drink, such as yoghurt, milkshakes or fruit juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.


Store in a cool dry place, preferably in a refrigerator and out of sight and reach of children. Do not buy if cap seal is broken. Use within 3 months of opening. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle
