Multifibre Plus is a high fibre formula containing slippery elm bark and psyllium seed, each serving contains a blend of 100% natural oat bran, linseed meal, rice bran and psyllium husk. Multi Fibre + is also rich in omega 3 fatty acids and also contains fructo-oligosaccharides as a prebiotic to help nourish healthy gut flora.

Directions

Add two teaspoons of Multifibre Plus to your favourite breakfast cereal or mix with 200ml of low fat milk, soy or fresh water to make a refreshing high fibre drink. Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12.
